ok, i'm so damn computer illiterate! just deleted my very first entry by mistake, smart. oh well anyway. okay, where should i start? one reason why i started this darn thing is 'cause my leetle brother unwittingly introduced me to this new stuff, and hey, i kinda like the idea of all this appearing on the net=) ok, a little autobio here (as much for me as for you): i am sixteen, going on seventeen (muahaha) --->kinda rings a bell?? the song from 'sound of music'? oh well anyway. i've got an easy birth date, mayday, labourday, 1st may..okok, think you get the idea. just came out fresh from tanjong katong sec, and finally crossed that dreaded first barrier (the Os) bearing the battle scars (a faceful of pimples--->thankfully it's almost all gone). and hey, i actually made it to a jc! kinda surprising, considering the fact that i studied the day before for most of my subjects. feeling quite bleah now, because since my jc's new (started this year), and everything, we don't have uniforms yet. SO, for the next few months, all meridianites just hafta carry on wearing our old secondary uniforms. like, wth! the sole fact i can console myself with is that at least the colour of the new uniforms isn't some horrigible colour like *cough* purple or *BIG cough* yellow, as suggested by the mj teaching board. ewww. so glad that most, well most anyway, had the sense to choose the greyish-blue one. anyways, right now the atmosphere here at home (taking it to mean s'pore) is so eerily quiet. school's out, due to the SARS thing going about, and actually, i didnt even give it much thought til the MOE released all the students til jc level from school til 7 april. i mean, how should i treat it? as a home confinement period? or merely as a holiday? thank God that none of my friends or family is affected. and the sad thing is, even though my mum allows me out, 98% of my friends aren't, so what good does it do me? yeesh. got to go to my best friend's house yesterday though, haha, so wasn't that baad. hmm, i'm still wondering whether or not to make this a personal thing, or just a brief account. yep, can't decide yet, so get back to ya laters! seeya!
